Property verification

Know what has been checked — and what hasn’t.

Each approved property will carry a Property Trust Passport: a clear summary of which documents and checks have been reviewed, by whom, and when.

What the Property Trust Passport covers

01

Ownership and title

Status of title documents supplied by the owner or representative.

02

Authority to sell or let

Evidence that the seller or agent is authorised to transact.

03

Physical inspection

Whether the property has been inspected and when.

04

Survey and location

Survey plan and location details, where available.

05

Outstanding items

Checks not yet completed are always shown clearly.

06

Your own due diligence

We encourage independent legal review before any payment.

o-real conducts defined identity, authorization, property and documentation checks as indicated in each Property Trust Passport. Verification statuses reflect the checks completed at the stated date and do not constitute a guarantee of legal title, ownership, property condition or transaction outcome. Customers should obtain independent professional advice and conduct appropriate due diligence before making financial commitments.
