OReal.ng is owned by OReal Systems Services, a registered company in Nigeria with CAC. Our mission is to deliver cheaper, subsidized mobile data, airtime, bill payment (TV and electricity bills), bulk SMS, and money transfer services at wholesale prices in the quickest and most convenient way possible.

How Does It Work?

As a user on OReal.ng, you get discounts on VTU airtime recharge across all GSM networks and pay less. This gives you an opportunity to make a good profit or save costs.

  • Get 1% to 3% discounts on airtime Virtual Top Up.
  • Bulk recharge to top-up multiple phone numbers at the same time.
  • Instant data top-up for MTN, GLO, Etisalat/9mobile, and Airtel.
  • Cheap bulk SMS with the same charge for all networks.
  • Pay a N10-N35 fee for instant bill payments (DStv/Gotv/Startimes) instead of N50 or N100.
  • Generate your electricity meter token yourself. We offer both prepaid and postpaid options.

Website Structure

OReal.ng was built with our users in mind. We understand the common issues people face while using bill payment websites, and we strive to provide a site that offers real-time reports on every transaction. We also focus on simplicity and convenience, allowing users to buy airtime, data, bulk SMS, and pay for TV and electricity, all in an automated manner. On our homepage, you'll find an overview of our offerings. From there, you can register or log in. For new users, after registering, you'll be asked to log in with the same credentials used to create your account.

Registration and Account Activation

  1. Click Register.
  2. Enter details such as username, email, phone number, and name. (Please don’t forget your username and password.)
  3. After registration, you will be redirected to the login page.
  4. Enter your username and password correctly.
  5. You will be taken to the activation page.
  6. Click Pay Now to pay online. A payment page will open where you can make a one-time payment of N1000. Once successful, your account will be activated automatically. Please do not refresh the page until it redirects you to the dashboard. If you refresh the page prematurely, you may encounter issues, and we may not be able to assist.
  7. Alternatively, you can activate your account by making a bank deposit or using your bank app to pay N1000. Be sure to include your username, email, or phone number as the depositor so we can identify your payment.
  8. Any bank transfer we receive without proper identification cannot be credited to your account. Ensure you provide sufficient details when making the deposit.

It’s recommended to chat with an admin before making any transfers so we can verify immediately.

Wallet Top-Up

The wallet on OReal.ng is your account balance. The balance is visible in the wallet section and at the top of your dashboard. You won’t be able to purchase anything if your wallet is empty or has insufficient funds.

To Fund Your Wallet:

  1. Log in to OReal.ng.
  2. Locate the My Wallet section on your dashboard.
  3. Allow the page to load fully.
  4. Enter the amount you want to load and click Pay Now.
  5. This will open our payment gateway, allowing you to load funds using your ATM card.

Important: Do not reload the payment page. Reloading may terminate your payment process, causing you to lose money. We use reputable payment gateway companies to process payments, and we only receive funds once the process is successfully completed.

Wallet Top-Up Refunds

We can only confirm your payment if we receive an alert that it was successful. You will be sent an email with a transaction ID once payment is processed. If your wallet isn’t credited, log in to your email, copy the transaction ID, and send it to admin for verification. Avoid contacting us if you haven't followed the process. We are not responsible for failed payments where we cannot verify your claims. Attempting chargebacks after your wallet has been credited may result in your account being banned.

Dashboard Usage

When logged in, all services are listed on your dashboard. Click the service you desire and follow the available options. Note: Be patient and check your browser bar to confirm if the page is loading. Do not refresh unnecessarily, as this may cause double clicks, potentially affecting your account.

Data Issues and Refund Policy

Our data services are automated, working with partner providers who liaise directly with service providers. Occasionally, we may experience downtimes due to network issues, which are beyond our control. Users are expected to follow us on social media channels, especially WhatsApp, where updates will be posted.

Always check your dashboard for updates upon logging in. You are responsible for staying informed about changes to services and fees. All transactions are fully reported in your transaction history. For data purchases, click View to see the transaction status. MTN data is usually delivered instantly, but may take between 1 second to 30 minutes. If your purchase status reads "pending," please wait, as there's nothing we can do while the service provider processes it.

If a data purchase is declined, inform admin or message us through your dashboard. Refunds for declined data may take between 1 to 7 days, depending on our vendors' processing time.

VTU Airtime

OReal.ng sells VTU Airtime, which is credited via our VTU API path. Ensure that you enter numbers correctly, as mistakes cannot be reversed. Cross-check numbers 3-4 times before submitting. If you notice an error, contact an admin immediately, as we may be able to rectify the situation before it is processed.

Money Transfer

Our money transfer service is automated, reducing the risk of sending money to the wrong account. Be sure of the transfer before proceeding, as we do not refund money sent to a bank account. Secure your login details and avoid making large transfers without admin consent.

TV Subscription

OReal.ng offers TV subscriptions for GoTV, Startimes, and DSTV. Ensure you subscribe to the correct plan to avoid failed transactions. If you want to change your plan, contact your TV service provider first before making the subscription.

Electricity Meter

OReal.ng allows users to generate their own electricity meter tokens directly from their dashboard. Follow the steps on the platform to generate your token. Note: Tokens may take 10 minutes to 1 hour to appear, so please be patient.

Blank or Router Pages

If you encounter a blank page, do not reload. Instead, open another tab or browser and log in again to check your transaction history. If you were debited but the transaction did not process, do not resend the request until you’ve confirmed the transaction status.
